Truly a hidden gem! Honestly it is hidden because it’s located in an industrial looking park. If it wasn't for navigation we probably wouldn't have found it.
I started off with two Spam Masubis while I water for my Teri Beef Fries and my wife for her Loco Moco plate and side of fries.
The Masubis were hot and I devoured them! The Teri Fries were great, a lot of different flavors and texture coming together into true deliciousness. The Loco Moco plate was huge and I helped my wife finish it. The pattys were flavorful and tender. The gravy that was poured over them soaked into the rice below and it was heavenly. Pro tip: use some of that gravy for your fries, you’re welcome.
I had the Loco Moco plate and my buddy had the Garlic Chicken plate. We also got one of each Ahi Poke by the pound (ordered 1/4 lb of each).
Loco Moco was good but the Garlic Chicken definitely was the best chicken I've had around here. Loved it enough to order a Garlic Chicken Side before I left to take home on my trip back to SoCal.
Amazing choice if you like garlic!
Fantastic Hawaiian food! Well seasoned with very tasty sauces but the mac salad side is very bland.
Prices aren't too bad either. Just a warning that wait times can be up to an hour or more when they do catering.
Ono local food! Consistent taste and quality. Fair price and portion sizes. Fast and friendly counter service. Limited business hours so check ahead before you go. Breakfast served only on certain days/hours. I visit regularly because I want them to stay in business and I highly recommend if you're craving Hawaiian food. This place is legit.
Amazing food and service. Everything is great but I highly recommend the hurricane chicken! Definitely a go to spot for some local grinds.
Was my first time here and well worth it. I had to take a vacation day just to eat here to work around my bf and I schedule . The food was flavorful and the girls in the front were really nice . I visited Honolulu Hawaii this past April for the first time and we didn’t know of any Hawaiian restaurants. I kept seeing this place on fb and instagram and was wowed by the food and I kept saying it’s a must try. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the food and will MOST DEFINITELY be going back to try different foods . Today we had the garlic chicken bowl. If you’re looking for a spot for Hawaiian food I highly recommend this place .
Everything we had was delicious, I really enjoyed the chicken mix plate (garlic and hurricane). Fried noodles were just like back home. Poke bowl hit the spot, fresh and ONO! The Loco Moco was on
point! Real hamburger patties and ono gravy, plate must have been at least two pounds! The Poke Nachos were flavorful and fresh and last but not least was the teri beef fries, crispy fries, delicious sauce and tender teri beef. Definitely will be back, Mahalo's for a great lunch. 🤙🏽
I’ve been here in Las Vegas for about 3yrs now. I’ve been on a quest to find places to eat that we consider “Just like home”. There have been hits n misses. The hits were close, but most times just ok. The misses were every L&L Hawaiian BBQ locations. It is a shame that they use “Hawaiian BBQ”. Their food sucks, big time, there is nothing on their menu that taste anything like Hawaii.
I met a couple from Hawaii that recommended “Generations Kitchen”. It was a small kine journey to get there but OOOOOO so worth it. When you enter this place you can automatically smell home. I ordered a loco moco bowl and a Gen plate (Zip Pac). The loco was legit, the hamburger was fresh and the gravy was the best I’ve had here in Vegas. Plus came with mac salad that hit the spot. My wife had Hamburger steak bowl and a fried saimin, both were amazing. Hamburger steak with fried onions, mushroom ,mac salad gravy all over. I give it a 10, taste even better then some Hawaii drive ins. The fried saimin was perfect, so tasty and not overly sauced up. Again this place is LEGIT. You can tell because the cooks and wait help are local and not foreigners claiming to be Hawaiian BBQ, that sells frozen burgers with generic gravy.
